Service Description
Red light therapy improves skin tone, reduces wrinkles, accelerates wound healing, and assists to alleviate pain and inflammation. Red light therapy is known to offer several mental health benefits such as mood enhancement, stress reduction, can assist in regulating the production of melatonin which in turn promotes better sleep, enhances cognitive function and memory by improving blood flow and oxygenation to the brain and reduces symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: 1. Reservation Requirements: • Appointments can be made via phone, online booking system, or in person at our spa. • A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. 2. Confirmation: • You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is booked. 3. Arrival Time: • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and prepare for your treatment. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments. 4. Special Requests: • Please inform us of any special requests, medical conditions, or allergies when booking your appointment to ensure we can cater to your needs appropriately. Cancellation Policy: 1. Advance Notice: • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual appointments. • For group bookings or packages, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. 2. Late Cancellations: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for individual appointments, or less than 48 hours for group bookings, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. 3. No-Shows: • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. • Frequent no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. 4. Emergency Cancellations: • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you without a penalty. 5. Refunds: • Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable but may be applied to future services if the cancellation policy is followed. Rescheduling Policy: 1. Advance Notice: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling individual appointments and 48 hours for group bookings to avoid any fees. 2. Multiple Reschedules: • Repeated rescheduling of appointments may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
